Installation Instructions:

Installation Instruction
  1. UnLoad the Machine by 5 Tons Fork Lift
 
  1. Detach the platform from the tray
 
  1. Detach the fuselage from the tray

4,Insert the platform through the back of the fuselage



Next We need to Fix the support rod


There is a positioning pin at the bottom right of the platform. The platform is installed in the positioning pin hole in the fuselage. There are also two screws On The right bottom of the platform which are used to adjust the position of the platform.

After finishing the platform installation to the fuselage we need use the Level Ruler to check if the platform is level.  Otherwise we need to adjust the height of support rod to make sure the platform is level.

5,Install the two side shields

6, Install the Triangle Shield first But do not tight the screw first. Second we install the small platform, Also need to test level by level ruler. After Finishing small platform, We move the Triangle Shield close to small platform. Then Tight the screw of Triangle Shield.

7,Under the platform behind the fuselage, there are 2 connecting lines, 1 aviation plug, 2 air pipes, and Make they are connected.


The Installation finished.




Test Before Working
  1. Connect all the cables and air tube. Get the machine Power on the machine.
  2. Turn on the main motor and see if the flywheel is running at right direction.

If it is not running at right direction then interchange  Any two of the three fire lines.
3,Turn on the power, click the touch screen, press the enter key, the interface switches to the work interface, click the auto button, the paper feeder automatically runs the calibration.
4,Start the main motor, Use the foot pedal to make paper press test, the paper press will be pressed down to the red knife bar on the platform, then check if the paper press is on the trace line in red knife bar(left and right position is consistent )(There is a trace line in the red knife bar left by the cutter in factory which is used as a reference to test machine)


If the paper press pressed down to the red knife bar on the platform, But the paper press is not 100% on the trace line in red knife bar(left and right position is not consistent ) . Then we need to adjust it. By below methods:
  1. Under the left side of the platform, there are two adjustment screw in front and rear, one is for forward and the other is for backward. The principle is to set a straight line at two points, one point to fix, another to adjust.

After adjustments tight all the screws.

All are finished, load the paper then have a try.
